Terms & Conditions

• Entrants and winner must be aged 18 or over and be residents of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. 
• The prize draw is not open to employees (or their immediate families) of Extreme Lounging, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 
• No purchase necessary to enter. 
• To enter, entrants must complete the form on the dedicated Extreme Lounging page. 
• Competition closes Sunday 18th October at 23:59 2020.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 
• Winners chosen at random. 
• One winner to receive one Mighty Outdoor B-Bag in their choice of colour (depending on stock availability) and one B-Bulb+.
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. It cannot be sold or given to an alternative party. 
• The winner will be announced from week commencing Monday 19th October 2020 and contacted via email and asked to verify their entry by sending their address and contact details to info@extremelounging.com within 1 week. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. This process will be repeated until the prize is claimed. 
• Prize winner details will be shared with our partner 9xb for fulfilment and will be stored until the prize has been fulfilled, or for 3 months, whichever is shorter. They will not be used for any other marketing purposes unless opting in to marketing communications.
• Prizes will be sent within 28 days. 
• By entering this competition, you give us permission to use your name, likeness and personal information in connection with this competition, for promotional purposes. 
• All entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 
• These Terms & Conditions are subject to English law. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
